I have seen alot of these on ebay lately. What does it do? and would it do anything it says it will in the add? i am finding this hard to believe it would ad any power, plus why would any newer trucks need them?

This is what I found earlier today after seeing a few of these things. Not sure what it will do, but for $225, I can find something better to spend my $$$$ on. I'm not an elctrical engineer but I guess you have to be to REALLY figure out if this thing is worth it.

Also, if you DID NOT read the fine print in that link I posted...
