Not even Mykk's exhaust runs through the bed anymore

Headers - X-pipe - and back out, wrapped the pipes right next to the tranny pan with some header wrap to give it a little bit of a heat shield...

X-pipe out to the cut-outs, missing the length of pipe that runs to the passenger side tip...was being welded up as I was taking pictures. I wanted the system to flow really efficiently when the cutouts were open (i.e. least amount of bends and angles) so came up with is design, with them open it's a straight shot out to the tips more or less, with them closed the exhaust does a 90 degree turn out and into the muffler... (let me hear your thoughts, good and bad, not too late to change it if ya'll think I designed it poorly)

When cut-outs are closed they go into the 2-1 magnaflow...

And then over the rear axle and dumped out at a 45 degree angle...

And for those of you who think what I'm doing is sacriligious...here's a little fuel to the fire!!

looks badass as long as your gonna have the cutouts open 99.5% of the time..

Nice exhaust system You've definitely reached the point of no return on the exhaust through the bed I think it will look good when it's done...04SilveradoMykk's exhaust looks nice...

Sorry guys, forgot to update this, got the truck back on Thursday.

I'll start from the back and go forwards...

Took a few pictures Friday morning, so here ya'll go. Let's hear it good and bad!

Like I've mentioned previously, gonna get a flat black powder-coated plate to go around the hole, not sure if it's gonna be solid or riveted and what exact shape it's gonna be, rectangle or cylindrical or what but the main criteria is for it to be subtle in appearance. Also think I might get some tips, powder-coat those flat black as well just so there isn't the rough edge of a cut pipe.

Edit: I'm gonna paint the inside of the pipe as well, see if I can't get rid of that visible aluminzed steel sticking out from the inside of the pipe.

My buddy painted the stock catback on his 04 HD with black grille paint, looks real stealth. You could do the outside of the pipes too, then you won't see the aliminized pipe between the cab and bed.
