Whats diff. with a cam only swap.

I pulled the radiator but after getting the old cam out I'm not even sure I would have had too. I used the cam to pull the lifters out by rolling the cam over and picking them up out of the bores while each was at the top of it's stroke. I used LS6 springs and changed them in the truck, with a compressor and air pressure to hold the valves up.
