Its in the tune, your throttle body is not opening 100% at first and its shifting out way too early, look at first video and listen, you down shift then upshift within a second, and the other truck stays in the down shift gear longer, both trucks are setup pretty close in mods minus the cam and its not a very big cam at all, so with the tune messed up he will walk you every time.

A stall will definetly help but I would not get the TT3000, its the same size physically as the stock unit, and its based on the TT2600, and you can not restall it if you wanted to. Go with a 3200-3400, especially with that heavy truck. You have a good list of mods, just have to get the kinks worked out.

It shifts at 6000...It stopped gaining hp at 5300 rpm (started pulling timing for some reason) when he tuned it so he went ahead and had it shift at 6000. I can't remember what the afr is...12.x maybe i can't remember. Hopefully dirt_track_racer_81 will chime in here in a second....As you guys can tell I'm really bummed out...

I got the TT3000 for the stock drivability as i drive my truck 60 miles a day and need as close to stock drivability as possible. any ideas on why it starts pulling timing around 5300? Help us out here guys

From the sounds of things and by the videos I'd have Tyler double check that tune. My truck runs about 26 degrees around 6000rpm@WOT. But theres a few things that could cause it to pull timing, maybe he just overlooked something ...?

I run mine to 6300 1-2 and 2-3 and dont have a cam. You need those shift points up around 6400-6500. Figure out why timing is dropping and up the shift points and I bet you hand him his ***. What timing are you running now?
