with that cam did you change out the valve springs, it could be floating the valves if not, did you look at the first video and notice how quick it shifted after down shifting?

all that dirt is weighting you down!! j/k from what it sounds like, i would check the tune, and get an u/d pulley. ap2002 picked up almost 2 tenths with a bolt on/cam 5.3 with just the asp pulley. i picked up 6 tenths going from 3:42's to 4:10's. it felt just a tad bit quicker, but i couldnt tell the true difference until i went to the track.

Yes we put ls6 springs in it...

Before the 4.10's (3.23's) with the tow haul on, it would hold to about 40mph. Now with the 4.10's it only holds to just under 35. That first race was from 32ish. Any ideas? Think maybe we can just take the EFI Live out and street tune the shift points? Everything else is dead on...Besides the pulling timing at 5300

just a suggestion but......I only use the WOT upshift RPM table for my WOT shifts and I dont try to match speed/RPM, that way it shifts as soon as it reaches the desired RPM. I'm guessing you've re-tuned for the gear change???
