Pretty much everything will bolt up, I think there are some sensors that wont, but intake, heads, cam, lifters, springs, rockers, accesories will bolt up.

Is this true for a 4.8L as well?? I have a 4.8 that I am transplanting into a 87 Olds and would like to swap due to hood clearance. I am aware of having to swap over the accessory drive. I just want to make sure the LS1 intake will match my 2001 4.8L heads.

It is true almost everything interchanges between 4.8/5.3/5.7/6.0.
The 6.2 ls3 is not quiet as interchangable.

Be aware that the LS1 intake will not be a direct swap with the truck accessories, as there will be clearance issues. The truck intake has been proven to perform better than the LS1 intake anyway...

Ok, thanks, I just wanted to make sure that the intake ports will line up and stuff. I know that I will have to change the accessory drive stuff, and Ive already got a bunch of the stuff for that conversion. Like I said, I want to switch to the LS1 intake due to hood clearance issues in my conversion project. And also, the Fbody accessories clear my cars frame better anyways. Thanks.
