Actually I have red wires too... I really don't care what color they are... I care more about the piston slap...

could just be different build dates/plants

i havent checked latly but when the trucks first came out (99-02) had 2 different style coils not sure if its still done that way or not but could be something like that just different plants/build sequence.

03 and o4 zo6's have red wires too and fit the fbodys like a glove with headers way better than any aftermarket wires

ummm i dont think theres anything different to them, but i think read would be cool....reminds me of the 8.5 MSD wires i put on my other cars
