all depends on the combo you want to put together. there are 4k sheetmetal intake out there that would be the "ultimate"...but at the same time it would be overkill for a stock bottom end 6.0.
fast 102 or super vic for the manifold is a good fit for 6.0's.
heads are the same way. you can spend 800 or 8,000. pick your poison. afr and trickflow come to mind. they have several sizes to put to your combo. plan on spending anywhere from 2k to 2500.
btw, a stock intake and heads will eat a 200
by the time you put a top end together, cam it and pay for a nice nitrous kit with the good safety and tuning you're pretty damn close to a cheap form of FI. especially if you go with the top dog companies on all componets.

Okay let me restate what I'm asking. I know I'm a stock heads and intake will take a 200. I'm spraying a 200 allready. But I wanna get a good heads and cam combo I'm almost positive that I'm going to use a victor Jr. But need to know what heads and cam. I been leaning towards the prc from Texas speed. And I allready got a yank 4000 so I'm open for all cam options

there is no such thing as the "ultimate" tsp has a good cnc program. when you ask for the best though, a OEM casting is out of the question. so is the vic jr. it sounds like you're just looking for a great budget combo. texas speed has great prices on their heads/cam combos and have seen the results of all of them. give them a call and they can recomend a great package to work with nitrous. you need to figure out which intake you plan to run before calling them though.

If you're looking for the "ultimate" setup, you won't start with a vic jr.
Mast has a great cylinder head program and prolly the beat single plant intake on the market. But you're gonna spend some $$$ there.
For a 6.0 without spending a ton of money, I'd look at the PRC 237 cylinder head and a ported super vic and get with cammotion on a cam
