you dont need a ultimate topend setup for a 200 shot a average topend will do the trick just fine..
running a lq9 id have some 243s or 799s heavily ported, on the intake and exhaust side, get the lightess valves and springs money can buy, the lighter the topend the better off you are for rpms, the proper cam and exhaust ( headers ) will produce great results..
vic jr is a great start, now ya just gotta figure out the rest, personally id speak to someone who can flow the intake and heads this way when the cam is specked itll be right for the setup.

im just wanting to get the most out of a stock 6.0 bottom end.
in realilty it will most likely be a 250 shot. the truck is ugly, but were just trying to make the damn thang run good with a completly stock bottom end, possibly some rod bolts, 4l80e with shift kit, yank 4000, 456 hears, and tsp 1 7/8 headers. and caltracs,
I know the fast 102 is probally going to be optimal intake, but how much better does it outflow the vic jr, is it going to be worth spending the extra cash.

cant help ya on that as far as flow numbers for the vic jr.. i run the FAST 102/big mouth throttlebody LSXr, we found it flowed very well, thus the reason i got it,i was looking for topend power at the time, i was in the hunt to put down some serious numbers NA, which ended up at 440/480+ on 20s, my intentions were to give the lq9 hell before i floated a valve thats when i decided to go 410. kinda wish i would have hung in there alittle longer and pushed it more, i know i could have went 10.9x NA in a 4k lb truck with a 4l60e.. but my valve springs werent setup for the cam i was running, but i thought i could push it. ill be honest with ya, i like the l92/ls3 heads why cause of the flow numbers they put down, i got them from texas-speed then had them hand ported. that horse power came on a 232/238 cam i ended up with another specked cam 235/239 which is in my ls2 now sitting on a stand.. yes i have every bolt on known to man besides without putting reliefs in the pistons that was the biggest cam i could go with before i ran into issues.
wish i could help ya more, but without knowing ( trying myself ) but i have NO doubt a set of 243s and the vic jr would work very well, i think jon ( dbrods ) proved this in his obs ecsb..
my NA setup at the time for what its worth was a :
lq9 short block all stock
ls3/l92 heads with light weight valvetrain ( very important specially with nitrous )
electric water pump
4:88 gear
kooks stepped headers 1 7/8ths- 2" , straight dual exhaust 3"
235/239/624 lift cam on a 113+1 lsa <--- NA cam
i would have loved to try the 243/799 heads with a super vic intake but at the time i thought i would have to turn up the rpms way more than where im at now which is 7k on that setup, plus id have to get a even bigger stall than i run now which is a 4500 at the time. plus i didnt think it would have been optimal on a NA setup.
theres no many if any people that shoot for an all out NA setup, they end of putting the juice to it to earily trust me i did.
to me getting everything out of a setup NA is the way to go before you put the spray to it, once thats done you make a simple cam change for nitrous and youre set
