Thanks for the response. I was hoping that it would be a little bit quieter than some of the other designs out there. I drive on the mountains and when you have 20+ miles up hill and have to listen to the intake roar it gets old after a while. Either that or I am just geting old...

As for the Ram-Air version concern with water. The design allows for water to drain if it ever reaches the filter – Also the air scoop has a void that lets the water drain before it gets into the air chamber.
I haven't had any problems in that regards. My truck is also a daily-driver.

John, next time you get it on a dyno and the truck shows a rich condition, ask the tech at the shop if he will clear your LT fuel trims using a Tech II scanner. On an article that is in work for HPP, I ran a 12.2 a/f ratio on back to back dyno pulls. After resetting the LT trims, the next pull jumped up to 12.8. Yes, this was a very rich F-body, but resettting the LT trims is the equivalent of disconnecting the battery overnight.
