LQ9 with a 224/230 588/592 114 lsa, 4.10 gears, 31" tires and a 3000-3200 stall.

Going bigger on the cam soon, something around a 230/232 range

Forged 370, comp 236/238 600/600 112, built 4l65e, edge racing 3600 stall and 4.11s. I daily my truck and love it.

4.8 with a MTI T1 221/221 .558 112 lsa cam, Yank SS3600 converter, and 3.73 gears. Does ok but needs more gear and converter.

^ you could probably get away with a 4.11 gear or so and be good

224/224 581/581. 4.10's and a 3200 circle d. 1.7,1.8 60ft. Pulls hard all the way through the gears. Love my setup. Want a bigger cam though soon to come hahaha

ill update mine.
going from ls6 204/218 to a tr224 .563/.563 on my 5.3 with hardened rods and pac 1218 springs, and going from tb stall to 3200 circle d on my 456
