when did the removable cranks spacer start on the 6.0?

Default when did the removable cranks spacer start on the 6.0?

I can't remember if it was 02 or 03 and up.

1999 & 2000 6.0L's had the long cranks, so by default all the 6.0 cranks after that had the short crank and used the spacer when coupled with a 4L80e.
