Default When to tune?

I can't remember ever reading how many miles or how soon you can get your tune installed. I am talking Nelson/westers/pcmforless...etc. My truck has 220 miles and I want to tune it already! It feels really weak in the 1-2 shift.

I don't don't think it matters when you tune it. I would wait after the first oil change but that is just me.

Drive it like you stole it for now then get the tune after the first oil change. The engines really seem to wake up after that. Just my .02
