I've still got it. It's starting to rust pretty bad and it's getting really hard to clean. I had thought about contacting them, but didn't think it would do any good.

Mine was 42 bucks from a local speed shop. I dont know if a sponsor does or not but any local speed shop could get one for you or even your local autoparts store.

They will replace it. They replaced mine about a year ago or so, no questions asked.

I picked one up from Summit...my idea was to have one on the shelf cleaned and ready to go so when it was time to clean the one in the truck, I could just swap it out and not have any down time (kinda like having a back-up battery for a drill). I think it was between $40-45. If you can get a new one for free from K&N though, hey that's the way to go. (I looked around to try and find the invoice with the part# for ya, but my wife and I are in the process of packing and moving and everything is kinda helter skelter...sorry)

Smart Idea!! I was in the process of doing the same; getting a spare filter. Mine is still good, but is getting pretty dinged up. I ordered a new filter and a pre-filter from my buddy's shop and haven't got it yet. It's gonna cost me around $100 for a new filter, pre-filter, and cleaner kit. I had to put my factory air box back on tonight and go to Walmart and get a cheap Fram filter, to just get by for a day or so, until I get the Airaid dried and re-oiled. What a pain in the butt.

I called K&N today. I told them my problem and they started saying they had replacement filters for $45. Then I asked them if my problem was covered by the warranty. Then they said that I had to send them some proof like the filter itself, receipt or a picture of it on my truck. I told them that I could send them a picture of it on my truck. They said they would look at the picture and determine wether or not it was covered under the warranty. So, I just took it off of my truck to clean it and I'm kinda doubting if they'll replace it or not...because the rust isn't as bad as I thought. So, I'll send them the picture tomorrow and find out!

Oh yeah, thanks for the replies, it really helped out, as usual!
