would i be better off with any one of these 3? how about durrability,
rebuild-abilty, drivability, and price?
i want to make a good amount of streetable power, with possibly some boost in the future. how does an LS1 408 handle boost compared to a 6.0 408?
i know this is an LS1 forum but how well could an LT1 meet my goals?
i want to make (eventually, after i can get the motor in and running and after i build it up) over 500 rwhp. something that is drivable.

a 408 is a great platform for power, NA, nitrous or boost, dont matter.

I am not trying to hijack your thread, but I just wanted to make a comment about parish8. I enjoy reading this forum and I have learned a lot about setups with LS1tech. I would not have been informed about building engines without the help of this forum. Every time parish8 makes a comment I am listening to every word he says because he always trys to help everyone on the forum and he never bashes anyone. You can tell from his posts that he loves the need for speed. I am trying to just copy his truck setup because he has built a truck that I have often dreamed about building. I look forward to reading more about his future upgrades to his truck.
