where can i order a GM ls1 hot cam by it self? not the kit.

Default where can i order a GM ls1 hot cam by it self? not the kit.

jus wonderin cuz i already have the yellow ls6 valve springs they were only 65 buck. n the hot cam by it self should be under 300 buck..jus tryin to save some money cuz the kit is 489.99.

some help will be appreciated.

There are much better cams out there.... A 212/218 would be pretty nice or if you want to go crazy in a 4.8 a TR220 or 224 would be nice.

but a hot cam has 218/227 duration. n would a tr220 be alright with a stock converter?
cuz thats my second choice

You may find one in the classifieds at LS1Tech like Joshua mentioned, but as also mentioned, the Hot Cam is old technology, it's actually an SBC design adopted to an LS engine. It has lazy lobes that aren't very productive and actually make tuning harder.

I have a brand new one right now I am not going to use ...Its a re-grind by Scnieder cams here in San Diego...The specs are EXACTLY the same... But I had it ground on a 114 lsa instead of 112,which I think is better...anyways I am asking $150 shipped...$75 less than I paid at "my cost"

dam thats a good price but im lookin for the 112 lsa cuz with a hot cam i wont be gainin to much power but i at least want to be lopin a lil bit lol.
