Here click on any supercharger you want to see the dimensions of. The name of the models are in black on top. Lysholm makes all of the blowers for Whipple. http://www.lysholm.se/en/prod_eng.asp
DenaliHD, click on the link above my signature pic. It shows more pictures. Cost of project (excluding conversion to F-body accesories and fuel injectors) about $2100 That's doing the work myself too. The intercooler cost itself was the largest coming in at $950. Then you have heat exchanger for intercooler water, water pump, aluminum tubing, and misc. stuff cost.

Personally, I think someone should adapt Ryan's intercooler system and use one of these WAR manifolds instead of the LS6. It would make running the tubing much easier and give you the freedom to enter the intake from any part of the engine bay. That would allow an air / air intercooler, or a more efficient air / water intercooler.

problem is by the time you get everything to bolt up and work you probably spent more time and money than a turbo set up would cost, might as well go turbo

I give it five devils
It worked for this guy: http://www.micro-op.com.au/execls1/whipplels1.wmv
Parish, it makes 10psi off idle! I guess you could do that with a BIG turbo and a high stall though. Um...without the parasitc loss or having the crankshaft sideloaded on the bearings okay you win.
