I need to talk to someone who has a whipple charger on their 4.8. I will discuss as soon as someone comes in. Or atleast someone with some experience with whipplem chargers on a 4.8.

Why not just tell us what the problem is? Just cause someone doesnt have a 4.8L doesnt mean they cant help.

Sorry guys......Just frustrated. I bought this truck 99 gmc sierra 4.8 with whipple. It has magnaflow mufflers true duals dumped before the axle. and a 400 turbo tranny. Thats it. This thing is a pig....... Its not very responsive until about 3-3500 rpms then it screams. It feels like it is about 250hp. I know it should be way stronger then that. what do I do first?

i'm assuming you don't have any tuning software but if you could find somebody local that does get a datalog to post up. without knowing any more about the truck i'd just be shooting in the dark if i suggested anything

get it to a tunner and stop boostin till you do... VERY IMPORTANT TO GET A TUNE ON FORCE FEED ENGINES!!!
