That would be pretty impresive if you could dip into the 11's on street tires.

Looks like Quicksilverado is the fastest so far with a 2wd and regular street tires. I think he could whittle that down a tick too!

I would say ranwalk has that title....the nittos should be considered street tires, more so than some e/t streets.

I consider street tires the stock tires... If you have nitto's or any other performance tire that is pretty much different... I think that is what he is trying to say??? .02

Street tires are street tires not DR's not E/T streets GD street tires that are normal damn tires not some special soft compound for traction and last 4,000 miles

The title is street tire not drag radial or E/T street. Sorry to sound like an ******* but he is talking about regular street tires.

Yeah! If I was racing a guy with Dr's or M/t streets I would have a really big disadvantage with a set of street tires on my truck. I was thinking of a performance street tire, not dr's or M/t's. I think those are on a higher level of traction by far. Nitto 555's, bfg's, Goodyear, ya know normal street tires. (zr rated is fine) It would be nice to know what street tire size and rim size as well. So we can learn what is working and what is not.

I ran a 13.7 @ 105.6 on some khumo exsta's. Of course this was with the nitrous. I know this isnt the fastest, but I might just have the highest mph with street tires. lol.
If I ever got back to the track this year, I probably could have ran a 12 or so at 108 with futura pep boy tires (if the track was prepped correctly).
