this is what i can think of right now as far as what i have, i dont care how it drives down the road. i just want it to be fast as hell. ive only put 6000 miles on this truck since 2009 its not my dd.
so knowing all this what cam should i run, after i p&p the 243's i have now. o i also plan on hooking up a 250 shot once i start going to the track this summer.

I run a 230/236 .581/.581. 114. If I was swapping worked 243s for my 317s, I would step up to a 230's/240's.

I want to put a 224/230, either CompXER or EPS, in my LQ9...mild by today's standards, but it should fit my intentions and goals perfectly (reliable DD that will run high 12's low 13's)

mine is nowhere near as big as some of yours, but my stock LQ9 will be getting a 235/243 .610/.627 112+2. i havent started it yet, but its in the motor, and waiting for the tools arrive so i can flycut the pistons.

I saw a suggestion to go FI. I think you should look into it.

You put that 218/220 in. You'll have it swapped out in a month.

I think you should put a little more thought in keeping it streetable. A track ride isn't much fun IMO.

Go with an eps cam. I ordered the truck torque 3. It cam in slightly bigger at
227/231 .613 .617 on 111+2. But with lt's and electric fans on my 5.3 with 130k miles it made 345/340
