Did they drop in from the top or did you go in from the bottom? Did you have to remove the steering shaft? I am ordering mine as soon as they are in stock. Finishing up a cam swap tomorrow. The headers should make a nice addition.

From the bottom, it took some persuading, but nothing bad, nothing is touching anywhere on the frame, but they are rather close! We did take the rubber boot off of the steering just to make things easier.

Thanks. I am going to have to get taller jack stands. So nothing out of the norm for a header install. One more question. Is your truck a 4WD? If so, what did you have to modify on the Y-pipe to get it to fit?

2wd, no modifying of anything, just dropped the crossmember and jacked up the tranny to support it.

We installed another set today on a 07 ecsb 2wd nbs

I still think it is too raspy at full throttle/WOT, I'm going to try a bullet of some sort first.
