"Big" is like saying "normal." Can you say vague? Guy was right when he said the 275 cam was too big for a heavy SUV. I need something with a shorter duration in order to keep the low end since it's gonna be mostly a low-mid cam.

he's got one, just look on page one.
you could go with the old man truck cam from thunder racing, it has good specs for a yukon IMO.
214/220 .600/.523 115 LSA +2 is the specs on the old man truck cam. it's got some good lift, and the duration isn't much. plus you dont "have" to tune for the cam, but it's always best if you do.
-13* of overlap won't be real choppy either.

I am runnig that cam on my truck it is a great strong cam for my reg cab truck with the 5.3L fully bolt on, tuned, that cam loves nitrous alot i tell you my truck loves it. Well for your Yukon get a 220/220 with a 112 or 110 Lobe separation thats whats going in om my cousin fully bolt on Tahoe in two weeks

I had a 210/218 .551 112lsa in my 5.3. Its actually in the 6L now. Sound clip of the 6L in my sig. The extra cubes eat up the lope but it actually didnt lope very much in the 5.3. Might need to go to a 110lsa to get what you're looking for with a 210/218 duration. The low end tq on my cam is great.

Also, the XR265HR is similar to yours. It's 212/218 .522/.529 114. That be a decent low to midrange booster? I'm planning on upgrading the stall to AT LEAST 2500, probably 2800-3000.

The cam your looking at would work well. But not lope. You want to keep your power band low because
1. Your weight
2. Youre not going to be spinning the motor over 6K rpm anyway (are you?) I shift at 6200 because my cam quits pulling at 5800-6000.
