If I remember correctly, I had to get mine tuned. But then again, I'm not running a 180 Stat, I have a Hypertech 160.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.....it's been a while since I had the fans and stat installed.

The actual temps will be normally 20ish degrees warmer than the stat rating. My 160 stat takes my coolant temp to 180ish. If you want lower temps you will need to put in a 160 stat, then you will see 180ish. cheers

What are your fan turn on temps set to? Maybe set them a little lower...also, make sure that the fans are mounted just about right against the radiator. Haven't heard of anyone running two separate fans yet (only two in one housing), so I'm really not sure if the fans you have will do the job or not. 205 isn't bad, but 195 is better, and easily achievable with a 180 stat and good electric fans set to come on at the right temps
