i attempted to put LPP lt on my truck, after breaking a head bolt and everything, i could not get the passenger's side to bolt up, they are wedged in between the frame and transmisson lines so tight that i bareky have any room to move them around. the last bolt on the back is impossible to get to thread, any deas?

Did you check the flange with a straight edge? Did you check the flange compared to the exhaust gasket to make sure the bolt holes lined up? IF that checks out, start the rear bolt first get it maybe half way and work forward.

yeah any time u do headers start with a bolt at the very back of the head and the very frony, and cut slots in the gasket to slip over thoose 2 bolts, if the gaskets dont already have slots. And then all of the other bolts will go right in

Good question. I installed mine from bottom. FAR easier that way.

i go from the bottom cause that is the only way they go on, i had trouble with the bolts lining up because i think the trans lines are needin to be bent, wish i would have had enough time to find a problem then fix it, i put it all back together w/ the manifolds cause i needed my truck the next day.
