Wierd vibration from brake pedal with cam..

somewhat true. The 2003 trucks have a vacuum pump on the brake booster that should compensate. Under other circumstances the vacuum can reduce the power of the brake booster.
can we get more description of the "vibration", is it while stopping, sitting at idle, does it change with the lope/ surge of the motor?

Aint nothing you can do about it but you will get used to it.
I put a vacuum canister in thinking that would help but it doesn't it may come on a little less often but it still does especially after a hard, fast stop.

^^^ is dead on... My 03 does the exact same thing. does it make a humming sound when it vibrates??? if so then it definetly the vaccuum assist pump.(it feels like you have a cellphone set to vibrate in your shoe, I bet)
