will jba 6.0 headers fit my 5.3

they're off an ss truck part number 1850-3 and jba says i need part number 1850-2 on their application page. Both trucks dont' have egr, i thought 6.0 manifold, and 5.3 manifolds were the same? so question is, can i slap 'em in"?

You might want to double check that......I have heard that the flanges can be different. I am not sure where or what the change was on though.

I also heard they are different, mainly due to the "D" shape exhaust ports on the 6.0L heads vs ovals on the others.
