will the Z06 heads fit my 5.3 engine?

will they fit i'm thinking of buying them today i've been offered a good price? they are
New gm cnc'd ls6 racing cylinder heads for sale. specs are:
250cc intake
85cc exhaust
62cc cnc'd combustion chambers

these heads are assembled complete.

gm part number 88958622

General Motors posted flow numbers out of the performance catolog:

Yes, they will fit. Compare the combustion chamber size with what you and and what you will be going with to verify if compression ratio will be affected...

you can't "retune" a comp ratio. it is effected by Headd volume, piston excursion, Diston Dish or Dome, etc. someone can chime in on the 5.3L's head volume.
