that cam will be a nice improvment over the stock one. it's not huge but a friend of mine has a stock 98 ls1 cam in his 00 5.3 and it runs pretty good above 3000rpm. i'll have an 01 ls6 cam and springs for sale in about a week if he's interested. it's very "stockish". email me for more info about that cam.

I also have an 02 cam/springs/pushrods for sale if your friend is interested. $250 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Should be good for at least 25rwhp.

I also have a car cam I'll let go for cheap. It was only in my 02 truck for a week as I lost mucho power over my stock truck cam. How about twenty bucks?
