I ordered my cutout on 7/10/10. Got an email on the Monday the 12th saying it would ship early that week. Called thursday to get a tracking #, said it should ship that day. Well its Wednesday, and its still not here. Tried calling them several times, no answer. Starting to get irratated

Thats pretty usual. Expect to see it after two to three weeks.

It's not usual. DMH-Dave's father recently passed from flighting Cancer. Please be respectful for time of mourning.

It took me a few weeks to get my cutout from them, and there was absolutely no communication. I sent emails and made calls and got nothing back. I started a thread in the truck stop and everyone told me to be patient and that it would show, and it did. It just took a while...I hope that I never have to use that 4 year warranty though as DMH is impossible to get in touch with...on the bright side, the cutout appears to be a quality item, too bad I don't have the dough to put the exhaust together and have it welded up

Sorry to hear about his father, that's very sad

Not tying to be disrespectful, this is the first time I've heard this, had i known that, i wouldn't be wondering where my stuff is. But after numerous phone calls with no answers, and several emails.....can get irritating

if that is what he is dealing with he can take all the time he needs
