Default y-pipe & headers

I'm thinking about gettin the pacesetter longtubes with y-pipe. Does the y-pipe take the place of the cats or install ahead of the cats? Also, what kind of gains is headers/y-pipe combo good for?

I know the ypipe replaces the factory one, including the cats. I don't know about gains though.

I've heard anywhere between like 10-25 hp on gains depending on the tuning. Don't know if that's dynoed or not but I think that's about right.
