im in as soon as someone will tell me if a 4L80 from a 2000 OBS 2500HD with a 350 will bolt up to my 5.3

It should. I made a template from a SBC bellhousing and all of the bolt holes line up except for one. It should be fine.

Look on the transmission page. There is a guy there that bolted one to an LS1, but I guess some of them need some spacer/washer for proper fit

Yes, no problem using PayPal. Just make sure the ship to address is confirmed through them.
