moregrip- It is accually where Paxton and Vortec mount the air filter. The kit comes with a pretty kick *** ducting that goes over the top of the fan shroud.

BigKID- It there suv blower the # on it is a 1200, Its real quite you really have listen to hear it.

greentahoe- The FMU is coming off tomorrow when it edit goes on. For right now I have no logging software. The Iats are read at the maf arent they? If so thats before the aftercooler. The boost levels are suppost to be around 6-8psi. I will keep you posted on the amount of timing. You had a prob. with your timing didnt you.

Hey what size are these injectors? GM# 17124531 Thanks

put some 108 in it and go run it. I would think you could run it with the timing you have.

Not sure where IAT'a are measured.
I didnt have as much a timing issue as a retard that couldnt tune and then wouldnt do it right.
Mine was making 7# of boost with a 3.33 pulley. Im sure that will drop with the headers. Without the intercooler or alky Im only running 14*.
Do you have headers yet??

Default Not yet

greentahoe- No headers yet. I am going to do a side job for a friend of mine that own's AMP performance on his wifes Avalon, I am a Toyota tech. He's going to get me some headers and a bigger after cooler reserve. I belive mine has the 3.33 pulley on it also. I hope to run more than 14degs. but how hot it is here probley not.

GMCtrk- That is to be determined. We'll see what the #'s say. My guess is the over all #'s through the complete rpm range advantage would go to the radix.

Thats strange. With the aftercooled setup vortech advertises more boost. I would think they would include a 3.12 at least. I dont think you'll be too blown away by that amount of boost with no headers. If I were you I would definately swap to the 3.12 or even a little smaller before you tune. Its around 95* here most of the time, but Im sure you'll be able to run 18-20* or so. Ive heard that the aftercooler is pretty effective.
