What was tested clearly was not the TBSS or NNBS intake. The stock truck intake outflowed this SSR intake.

Excuse my ignorance.

I will gladly try the NNBS intake on my setup and post before and after dyno sheets. I just need to check up how much a 90mm TB will cost me. I believe they run about $300 but I am not sure. Will the 90mm TB require a larger diameter intake tube? Also, how much of the gain from the TBSS/nnbs intake is coming from the 90mm TB? Using an adapter plate for my current 78mm TB is always an option to save a good chunk of money.

I don't have the timeslips but I do remember them fairly well. With the 3200 nitrous stall I could get a 2500 NA flash and would run 13.07s @ 103.9s with 2.0 60fts. The night before the sar meet I ran 12.36 @ 108.6 w 1.72 60ft with changes being fast intake, 4000 nitrous stall or 3600 NA and 29" slicks on 15x10 rims. One of the things holding me back from full NA gains was the nitrous plugs, some timing retard, and traction. The tires couldn't hold a stalled launch. Hope this helps and I do think you would benefit from the FAST.

are you talking about the TR6's? do you think it really makes a difference? i have always and still am running TR6's, and im N/A.... when i installed this 6.0 i went ahead and installed those plugs cause i was suppose to buy another nitrous kit real soon right after, well i never got to buy it but the plugs stayed in there and my best times are onthe nitrous plugs... (12.32@108mph on the stock truck intake), ive always wonder if i go back to regular ac delco's if i can run better e/t's?

The plug itself would probably be minimal but the .032 gap vs .060 might have helped.

ill be the test dummy. ported fast 90 and nick williams throttle body are on the way.

im actually thinking about taking both intakes out to the track and running them back to back the best i can. 2 passes on LS6 - swap manifolds and do a quick tune...2 passes on the fast. both N/A runs.

the winner gets to stay on my truck

Blacksheep had some problems with the burst disks on the intake in his vert. They came out and trashed the motor. There's a thread about it on tech I think it was
