Have anyone put one of these cams in a 4.8?
What can be expected with this cam with this
small motor?

From the info I have got from this forum, I was under the impression it was a MUST to change the springs with the 01' cam. C4 has the 02' cam with higher lift and has stock springs <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> ?????? I know it couldnt hurt to put 918's, but if the stock springs can handle it then why?

Sure, he says there's no coil bind, but that's not at 6000rpms that he's checking for coil bind either. Heck, he may have that small crane or comp cam .500 lift and thinks it's the 02 Z06 cam.
