they are "header" studs, not "head studs" and they are brand new

pretty much, just ties into lead wire that goes to intank pump. and has a dial for how much extra voltage you want to go to the pump. comes w/ 5lb hobbs switch to activate it, but you can use any type of turnon switch you want....full throttle, etc. I bought brand new and it was used for about 50miles, turbo kit came off truck so no reason to leave on.
