Wrong. 04 - up have the black border. 03's had the red border.

2003 (light):

Because the OP didn't specify the year, just said 03-06. I like the 03's a lot more than the 04-06s.

Maybe he was confused on the years also.. cuz they fit 99-07 classics

well they are the ones with black, i have never seen the red border ones
i know they fit 99-up but they are the 03-07 specific as they are 4 bulb

the red ones are factory or aftermarket?
