Don't have flood insurance...I live in LA man!! Tried to get earthquake insurance too...that ain't happening...they don't offer it here.

Ummmm...don't really know actually. Not sure what the differences are between the 99-07 frames and the GMT900 frame. There would probably be one or two pipes I would imagine that would need to be fabricated but...I really couldn't tell you for sure. Sorry.
