here's some pics if you didnt already see the truck. the insurance company claims i had no insurance.. c'mon its a brand new truck people aren't that stupid . anyway i have prof that i did and money spent which they never recieved is a mystery. now in between the bank i bank with and chase bank that the truck was on a loan with and progressive claiming i had no insurance im pretty screwed at this point.
i've talked to several lawyers and good ones at that, and the cost tofight the insurance company would be more then i can afford. the lawyer knows we could win its just the up front cost and then still making the payments until this is over. recently losing my job before the accident doesnt help much(michigan sucks, for jobs)it was all i could do to make the payments and keep my baby from going back.
everyone that posted what you interested in, youll get first dibbs and if you dont want it'll go to the next person.
oweing $21,000 on something thats just parts now isnt a good thing.
and i will get more pictures up of the good parts and id# foreverything else.
where very lucky we bothed walked away with only minor bruising.

Just thought I'd add...most banks require that you have full coverage on a vehicle that isn't paid off. Otherwise they charge the cost of full coverage to your principal and charge interest on it. Raise hell with everyone you can before selling anything. Sorry to see such a nice truck ruined
