new cam bearings?
what bearings for rods and mains?
block decked? If so how much?
are you sure the rods are 6.100 and not 6.098 or 6.125?
which ARP rpd bolts? 8740 or 2000?

Red Loctite on every bolt even though that stuffs only made for 1/2" and bigger

what kind of main bolts does it have
rod bolts stretched?
what are the rings gapped to?
new bearings . . . or reused the stockers?
