Rude??? How was I rude, I never meant to be. I am just at little confused why I am being avoided, have you read the email?? Here it is just in case.
Mike,
I haven't heard anything and am beginning to get a bit worried. Does the guy have the programmer?? If not I need to send you the supercharger and get my money back. Tomorrow will be a month since I sent the money. Please get back with me before you are out of town again.
Bill
Thats not rude.
Also here is the email from Samma@powerdyne.com
The 00-03 manual is the same for the 99. Yes this kit does come with a tuner. The tuner we use is a Diablo Sport tuner.

Hello, I just purchased a Powerdyne supercharger system for my 1999 5.3 Chevrolet truck and I don't have the instructions. I see that there are the directions for an 00-03 on your website and wondered if there is a difference for my truck or if there was anyway to get them. Also does this kit come with a micro tuner like the 00-03 kits. Thanks in advanceBill
I have all emails and correspondence saved and I have been exedingly nice a civil so I don't know why I am being looked at as rude, thats not my way. If you read at the top of this post it says and I quote "Brand new never run on the street!! I have the Summit reciept paid $2954.95
Complete nothing missing. $2000.00 firm. Email me for questions."
It isn't complete, its missing bolts, instructions, the tuner, there is a hole in the main intake pipe to the rear of the supercharger. The 2954.95 is for a complete kit and thats what I agreed to. Why I didn't call you was that I thought that we could handle this easily this way as I knew you were out of town for work alot.
Also here is an email before you even shipped the supercharger where I specifically asked about the tuner and what you said.
Hey Bill, I know your sweating it, I looked through the kit today and all is there. Thanks, Mike
