ok, still have the a/c compressor, mounting bracket, i have the 6.0l intake complete with fuel rails and stock injectors, i will be selling my stock springs/pushrods/cam, and stock motor mounts for now, remember, all parts only had 5 miles on them! listed with prices:
a/c compressor and bracket: $125 OBO
6.0l intake, fuel rails(less injectors)(not sure if i need the TB yet, anyone know if i need it for the PCM connections?) - SOLD!
springs(set of 16, nothing wrong, had to upgrade includes pushrods) - SOLD! OBO

stock LQ4 cam - SOLD
motormounts(had to take off for specialty mounts.... not meant to bolt into an s-10) - $25 OBO

are the 5.3l A/C's the same as the 6.0? My compressor locked up on me just the other day.

im not sure, it comes with the mounting bracket for on the lower left hand of the block (a/c is on its own belt)

DId a 5.3 to 6L swap and the original 5.3 A/C compressor bolted right up and works fine. I'd say they are the same.
