99-02 custom On3 Performance turbo kit
Literally just finished this build, time got tough and can't afford a race truck anymore. Going back stock. This whole kit has maybe 10 miles on it. Kit consist of
-On3 70mm turbo
-On3 hot side (manifold, crossover, down pipe)
-Full 3 1/2" exhaust with a polished stainless magnaflow muffler
-Timing cover with turbo drain fitting that has been professionally welded in
-All lines, hoses, fittings, clamps. Also comes with custom heater hoses to route around the turbo, heat sheathing for hoses/lines etc, billet upper radiator hose with a billet overflow tank
-complete cold side, couplers, clamps, etc (cold side had been modified to fit 99-02 trucks where the intercooler mounts in the lower bumper. *see pics)
-FIC 72lb drop in injectors
-on3 wastegste
-on3 BOV
-spectra air filter
-Nelson performance e fan harness
-ls1 e fans
-IAT sensor
*this kit is set up for Speed Density*
It does NOT use a MAF
The kit is still on the truck. If you are seriously interested I will be glad to answer any questions and or send any other pics you might want. Upon removal of the kit I will take plenty of pics and email them or mail them on a cd to help ease the install. Install isn't that bad, but a few pictures will definitely make it a lot easier. I also have a base tune that I will email to the buyer (assuming you have close to the same set up as me). If someone buys it, I can have the kit off in a Saturday. Asking $3100 shipped. Pics coming shortly

im not 100% sure to be honest....the way the kit came from 0n3 orginally it would work fine on the 03-06 models....ON3 has the intercooler behind the grill. The 99-02 trucks are way different up front and it would require a lot of cutting, and custom fab work to the radiator support, bumper, etc. to get the intercooler to fit behind the grill.
I called ON3 several times on this issue, but no one seemed too interested to help. They claimed it should fit just fine on all the 99-06 trucks. Even after I texted several pics of why it wouldn't fit, and how the 99-02 trucks are way different up front...I still couldn't get any help. MY solution was-
I had to use a different size intercooler (27"x12"x3") and fabbed the cold side piping so the intercooler will mount in the lower bumper. All thats needed to mount the intercooler, is to drill two holes in the bottom of the radiator support. I used a cut off wheel and cut a square out of the lower bumper to try and get good air flow through the cooler (see pics)
