44# Delphi Multec II injectors (10k miles)... 300
22" x 9.5" American Racing Maxim's with 305/45-22 Toyo Proxes ST (10k miles)... 1250
Silverado SS exhaust tip... 50
I don't have any decent pics, so google it.

AWD t-case... 300
front driveshaft... 75
LQ9 intake... 50
LQ9 rods & pistons... SOLD
coil packs... 200
plug wires... 30
fuel rails... 60
25# injectors... 140
exhaust manifolds... 50
cam, springs, push rods, retainers... 80
chrome interior door handles... 85
roof rack (end caps not included)... 270

It felt pretty tight to me. It flashed at 2800 in mine, and it was in perfect shape. I'm only pulling it because I sold my spare 65e, and I'm planning a 80e swap.
I have another offer on the table. I'll let you know, if it falls through.
