i take it these wouldnt fit under a truck that is lowered 4" in the rear with a stock axel ?

They will stick out roughly 1" if my math is correct, then whatever the tire distance past the rim is.

15x10 with a 6.5" bs is flush with the bed. Add 1" to the outside of the bed and 1" to the inside closer to the leaf pack.

They will stick out 1" on a stock rear end. As long as you aren't tucking tires you'll be fine

I wanted to ladder bar my truck and tuck the 31x16x15s basically making it harder to see how wide the tire was on the highway.

Plans have changed so i'm going back stockish.

These will work just fine on a stock rear end. They will stick out past the bed side 1" though as they are wider than the 10" setup everyone runs. As long as you aren't "Tucking" tires in the rear you are fine
