The difference is in the overall length of the injector with the EV14 being 48mm between o-rings and the EV6 something like 60mm between 0-rings. They both share the same USCAR connector though which makes them interchangable. Just use a spacer/washer where the fuel rail connects to the intake if you select an injector that is taller or shorter than stock. I hope this makes sense...... Essentially, buy whichever one you can get the best deal on.
