They are actually 42's now and in beautiful Ca..Apparently usps switched the 60's out cause needed them more then me.Well that could be one sinario but not as likely as TP being misinformed when he bought them from Fleabay. Then selling them to me under that impression but me being the hound dog I am discovered they were in fact 42's.My offer stands TP I will ship them back AT NO ADDIONAL COST TO YOU OTHER THEN MY REFUNDED MONEY.

OR someone can buy them from me if you guys want they are brand new and actually 48lbs.at 58psi. or 42's at 43.5psi

Thanks'
Duane
That's shitty man. I wouldn't stand for that **** at all. I used to stick up for the guy being that I bought from him in the past, but he has no ethics. I've seen so many negative threads about him, that it's far from a coincidence anymore.

I refuse to buy from him now. Honestly, I'm not sure how he was allowed to stay around. He was banned under the name IMD then came back as "TexasPainter." Last I checked you weren't allowed to do that.

dude, you're a ******* liar, you just tried to lowball me out of the leaf springs i have for sale.

i sold these injectors as 60lb injectors because thats what they were when i ******* bought them. if sincal cant legitimately sell them for what he paid for them, ill make up the difference. I still believe that they are what i said they were, and have not intentionally mislead anyone. why the **** would i say they are 60's if they werent 60's? if i knew they were 42's, i could have just as easily sold them as 42's for the same ******* price.

I believe you thought they were 60's but the fact remains they are not .The part # on the injector tells all.See my thread in the FI. sec. if you disagree.
I have no reason to fabricate this either as I am running marine 44lb. injectors and need bigger ones so I can pulley down.

The seller is responsible to the buyer if an item was advertised falsely, intentionally or not. To refund the buyer fully, including shipping would be the honorable thing to do. I hope to see swift resolution of this matter. TY

Enjoy selling your things. I'm curious though, do you think everyone is out to get you and you're the only nice guy? Take a business ethics class sometime, you'd be amazed how much easier it is to sell things when you're not a ***** to your potential buyers.

I offered you what I was willing to pay for the leaf springs. If you didn't want to sell them then no big deal, but there's no need to be a dick about it like you were to me. I've stood up for you plenty of times on this forum until now. The two times I have bought/sold from you were good transactions, but when you act like a dick to me I can be pretty good at unveiling truths.

In the end, that's all opinion though so it's neither here nor there. Fact of the matter is that you were banned on here and then you made a new account and you are now doing the same things that got you banned in the first place.
