Default Cal Speed headers clearanced for 4x4.

SOLD

Abridged version.
Calspeed 1 3/4" SS headers clearanced for a 4x4 with Y-pipe. Upgraded clamps.

$300+shipping.

I had a set of Cal Speed 1 3/4" SS headers and Y on my 06' Silverado Z71. I spent A LOT of time clearancing them to fit with out much wasted "clearancing" They will bolt right up now. I ordered them with the upgraded band clamps. I traded in the truck and the dealership asked me to return it back to stock a couple weeks later. So now I have the headers and Y-pipe sitting in my garage. They were on the truck for a thousand or so miles. The worked great, fit perfectly now and made good power. Looking to get $300+shipping for them. PM me if you are interested.

Ha, I had to "Clearance" my Calspeed's as well. It may be worth it for someone with a 4wd to get these with the bugs already knocked out of em'.

Trust me. It is worth it not to have to do the clearancing and cutting by your self. These things are stainless steel and it wasn't easy. I basically had to dimple the #1 primary by the steering shaft. Then clearance the three inner primary pipes to clear the front drive shaft and U-joint. I had to clearance and cut the Y-pipe to make it fit around the drive shaft and clear the Trans cross member. I also had to cut the D side collector to get the Ypipe to fit on far enough so it wouldn't **** sideways and not clear the tranni cross member also. I will send pics to email address for those that ask. These things still made 15-20rw at least considering I gained 43/30rw I believe with doing a light clean up/port job on the heads and adding the headers at the same time. If this company made TBSS headers I would buy anothe set.

They will be boxed up and ready to ship tonight. I can get them out tomorrow.
