Was the light painted with auto paint or rattle can like night shades??

good question but honestly i dont know. i bought like that used of here i think and never put it on. it looks good and probably even better on your truck since it is black. i didnt use cause i ended up shaving the 3rd brake light.

yes sir also known as graphite grey but sorry dont have rest to connect to dash. i got it like that and with the rear a/c vents removed. i have the vents though just never put them back on since my truck a single cab and no rear a/c.

my intentions were to cover the front, remove storage and use it as a cover over a sub enclosure for a for a rear firing sub while still having the cup holders and little tray to use. so in other words it was to be a stealth sub enclosure and center console in one.
