It works fine in an LQ9. I am running it now. Very small for a 6.0 though.

I ran this cam in my 4.8, it took a full second off my quarter. I never ran the stock LQ9 cam so I can't help you there. But without slicks and uncorrected for some horrible DA, I ran a 15 flat. I will try again tonight if the weather holds out.

Mods include:
LQ9, Ebay LT's with ORY,TBTC, HD-2, aluminum 1-2,aluminum forward, vette servo, 212/218 low lift, LS6 springs, 42 lb injectors, K&N CAI, 3.73 gears/power trax locker and a Wheatley tune.

I am running a TBTC (trailblazer I-6 torque converter) It stalls higher than a stock truck torque converter. A stall is not really a requirement with this cam, especially with a 6.0. It does however get right into the power band of the cam.

I got it from member Chevroletalltheway.

My apologies to the OP, Just trying to help sell your cam for ya.

Yeah I already bought the cam, and I also bought a 2800 stall, so I was just wondering how that setup worked for you and what you had done differently. It will be going on the SSS with a CAI, headers, and flowmasters...I'll do the tune after the cam and stall is in.
