Curt Captivator 4 brake controller, NIB
Part #I-1760, costs $140 in the stores, I'll take $110 shipped anywhere in the lower 48. It's time-controlled and has solid state circuitry so it doesn't have to be mounted level. You can read about the Curt brake controllers here:
